Beef Skirt

I 4pieces beef skirt steak and cheese rolled blue (for a total 1PD) Trader Joe's. He said roasting at 375, but it does not say for how long. Advice?

If the temperature is supposed to be 375, I would say between 11-17 minutes depending on how you like meat. Skirt steak is cut thin, so it does not have time to cook, but the blue cheese could prolong the cooking time a little.

Use a meat thermometer with a probe and bake at 140 degrees for medium.
