Belted Cardigan

I need one that has long sleeves. No wool cashmere or content (allergy). I prefer a long, between the hip and knee. Also must be machine washable! Dry cleaning and washing hands are too painful. With or without buttons until it is surrounded (chassis).

I tried to Lands End (quality) and Forever 21 (for selection) but no luck. I want something that will last, but do not want to spend a huge amount (designer). Thank you for any help you can provide.
