Birthday Shirts

I turn 20 tomorrow and Friday we can wear what we want in office. I thought to make a shirt saying funny my birthday ... Would it be stupid or selfish?

I know I should not and no one in my office who did this would probably laugh behind their backs. But every office is different, do whatever makes you comfortable. Keep in mind that if you are unsure and need to post on YA, you must be second guessed it already and it can not be the best idea.

If you are not moving in the distribution of your personal holidays by mouth, you should not do it on a t-shirt.

What you can do is wear a pin with "I'm 20 today!" (Or other) and if anyone asks, just blush and say "oh, my best friend for me She made me wear! ". It is a challenge, but if you must have your own request congratulations, you can fake on.

Moreover, they will probably decorate your cube and give you a cake at work. If not, get some flowers for you and tell you still buy them for yourself on your birthday. Congratulations ensue: D

Personally, I wonder why some people need to let everyone know that it is their birthday. The right people in your life will most likely already know.

I think it would be bad form in a desktop environment.

If you want to acknowledge your birthday is done in a way that does not seem like you're fishing for gifts or other. I would like to make fritters or cakes to share with colleagues, and if someone asks why, just say it the way you celebrate your birthday. Something like that probably will not put someone on the spot.

It depends .. if the other DONT something for your birthday it makes you look like you're out of getting a gift from your colleagues .. Personally, I would not do that .. if they know it's your birthday, they'll surprise you .. If you wear a T-shirt that says


"It's my birthday,''they may feel guilty if they do not have time for you anyhing or forgotten ... you might be pleasantly surprised if you walk in with a normal tshirt or jumper and can have a big surprise planned for you ... then they would prefer that you act as if you even remember it's your birthday .. then they may feel really surprise you ... So no, definitely would not wear it ... and practically push their nose in it .. ''Hey where is my birthday gift?
