Bongo Jeans

I am so angry! I just bought my daughter some new jeans and shorts skirts held to Kohl, it was Bongo and even though I washed them inside out, delicate and never put them in the dryer the embellsihments is out?
Anyone else and what have you done?

them back to Kohl's to get a refund. This is ridiculous and should not happen.
