More solid waste are environmental concerns such as cement and excess hazardous materials.

I am a wetlands biologist and I work for a consulting firm, recently I had certified the construction site soil erosion and fight against pollution. You'll always have your sites that continue to receive a fine for not following the rules of pollution. However, construction sites can not start working until someone like me, has signed over there to keep the plans there sites as environmentally friendly as possible. Most of the standards they must comply with stringent than a normal person to follow.
Cement entering drainage ditches is the biggest concern. It is the job of the person who signs on plans to monitor the construction site, and turn them into the Ministry of Ecology of any violation.
The problem is that many people have no ethics, and care more about the almighty dollar.

Separate, recycle and allow scavaging controlled.
