I need to find cheap converse high peaks of the first day of school, and they must be black.

making converse. they have an online link. Go to www.converse.com, then look under buy, then look at the factory and click on shoes. should be there. that's where I get mine, but we walk in the town next to mine, so I go to the real world.

Fred Meyer stores, usually on sale for $ 39, and they always wear them. They were always black, too. Unfortunately, they are only in the northwestern Pacific, but the chance .... good!

stores such as Marshall and Ross have tons of shoes which are really cheap. perhaps not exactly what you want, but I assure you they have everything else. department stores to go if you have a small budget or just have fun because they have a huge selection

Make sure to check at target because they have teamed up with converse and generally have a super cute pair for a really good price. If this does not converse outlet stores are great if you can find one near you.
