Cowl Neck Sweater

Hello, I think make a cowl neck sweater (not knitted) for my girlfriend, but I'm not sure that we get. My budget is under $ 50. Are there any brand of store that is a good cowl neck sweaters? Any workshop in Ontario would be a good thing. Thank you!
