Create A Shirt

I'm interested in doing my own T-shirts and I wonder if someone could tell me what type of software or hardware that I could use to design works of art shirt. I draw a lot of my drawings by hand and also wanted to know if there is a way to scan my work and edit on the computer? Thank you for your answers!

You can use any program that creates a graph that can be printed. It is special inkjet paper you print on, then iron onto the t-shirt. You can use what you have - Paint, MS Word, Photoshop. etc. It is an excellent open source (free) program called The Gimp is as good as Photoshop.
