Designer Denim Skirts

I need someone who can make skirts, denim jeans and the attitude, but can not find someone willing to limit their collection of 100 of each design. I want to be exclusive! They must have the necessary qualification Art and Design, but I can assure you their designs are featured on the podium!
I can provide the equipment!
