How can you wear a whenits not up, and what kind of top you wear with it?

It is quite difficult for me to understand exactly what you mean, but here's my attempt:

- Keep the bib, please. This is something special overalls skirt.

- With the race number, you should not wear a top that is in competition with it visually, not a shirt buttoned. Do not go for anything with an impression that is partly hidden behind the flap, but a general trend can only work if not catchy.

- Something out of a t-shirt for a sweater would go well in the jersey, at least in my eyes.

If you keep the flap down, you have a plain skirt, and can combine them as you would with any skirt.

sleevest a jacket or a jersey wud look good too
