Who hires is a weekly business survey most hiring activity for the week of 10/26/09. Not only is it helpful for jobseekers, but for business analysts, business strategists, traders, vendors, analysts, financial advisors, and others who are interested in business are growing. Despite the recession, these companies are expanding.

Total jobs:

Merchant Retail, Telecommunications, Consulting, Defense and vertical federal government are the major industries currently hiring based on a survey of active jobs from boards of the nations highest office.

Retail hiring strong and continues in preparation for the holiday season, Macy's, Sears, Kmart and Radio Shack leader, with Blockbuster and Target have also added the top rental companies.

The consulting firms Deloitte, IBM, Booz Allen and SAIC - SAIC and Booz are largely supported by the federal government and DOD contracts. Northrop, Raytheon, U.S. Army, General Dynamics and led the recruitment of Defense.

Top recruiting financial institutions included JPMorgan Chase, Ameriprise, Aflac, and Combined Insurance is a list of this week. Other interesting rental companies included Top of the CIA, and Snap-on Tools. Based on surveys of job vacancies in the United States in the top aggregators vacancies, the following companies added the most opportunities:
