Also does anyone know where I could get the equipment needed to make a hooded scarf as a Chris Brown wore in the video? (That is the material part of the neck, and the material of the hood)

The hooded scarf was featured in the Dolce & Gabbana Fall / Winter 2008/2009 Men's Collection.

I have no idea how to do it well, sorry.

Part scarf looks like a simple tube, knit or Walmart sells son Michael if you can knit, I can not see how the hood is attached, but it is probably easier if you experimeted. Joanne Michael sells the canvas if you can sew and a sewing machine. Otherwise, ask around, they have sewing classes at school?

Maybe I should go on E-bay and start sewing and selling things. What someone pays for that?.
