Long Sleeve Cardigan

I keep seeing with these high girl over a jacket or a t-shirt. They are like oversized cardigans, but not sure of the material. I saw them in pink and black so far mostly black and they have big rhinestone angel wings on his back. I want to know where I can get one, Who is the designer, how they are and if someone has one.
