What is the Jewish star sign called? Ive heard some people talk about Nagi "Masiga" or something like that. I rephrase my previous question about the zodiac, but I never wanted the zodiac, I've heard there is prophesied in the signs of the stars "like the lion showing the lion of Judah.
There is no Jewish astrology or zodiac signs. The closest we have is Jewish mysticism, or Kabbalah. I'm not sure what the term is that you speak, but I'll star your message, perhaps my fellow can help:)
Judaism does not refer to the star-crossing signs. It can be confusing because they are the same signs that you're familiar with in the zodiac. They have names in Hebrew, but translated literally from English, for example, familiar themes. the word of the Virgin (betulah) means Virgin.
Aquarius (DLI), as is the case, literally means bucket, but it is not so far from the water carrier.
Here the conversion table:

But it is as much a core belief system of Judaism, that astrology is normal to Christianity - it is not, and many religious Jews see it on an equal footing with the worship of idols.
As you can tell from the link is a Kabbalistic idea - which, while it is respected as a way to get closer to God, has never been taken 100% seriously by most of Judaism.
You're probably thinking of "Magen Dovid" literally "Shield of David." Composed of two triangles pointing in opposite directions to form a six-pointed star.
It is known as the Mogen Dovid - the Star or Shield of David. The name is pronounced MAW-OF-Ghen vid.
This is called the Star of David.
