Mature Women In Skirts

Recently, an independent store dealing in the group 50 years I have noticed they sell leather knee skirts in a choice of either black, brown or red.

If you wear leather skirts, how old are you and can they look flattering on older women?

Absolutely yes. Leather is not only a particular age group. It depends on the fit and size of the skirt of the woman. I prefer not to see a mature woman in a mini skirt in red leather, but again, I do not want to see a teenager in another. If the length is appropriate and useful, then yes, I think an older woman can wear leather like any young person. The accessories are what triggers the skirt also to think wisely on what you pair it with your leather skirt.

I agree that the leather is not reserved for young people, as it is not reserved for the rich and famous. In fact, in my office building, I see few women over 40 who wear leather skirts and leather pants, and they look great. Many pair a skirt or leather pants with a cashmere sweater, and the look is classic and elegant. For something like leather, it is more about how it is brought to the wearer.
