Navy Shorts

My uniform gym says I need navy blue shorts. When I received my uniform, I'm black. I do not want to go buy more gym shorts, they are expensive. The teacher began to take points from my grade. School begins at 8:45. Anyway I can reach these blue shorts before school?

M. Hi. Norris, I think you have to bleach the black first, then the blue dye with dye clothing ... no guarantees on how things will turn out, although since it could leave uneven ... or you can paint them with acrylic paint because it is washable, but it will be steep.
