Personalised Jumpers

I know there are plenty of sites where you can customize t shirts etc, but I wish I had a jumper, knit, you know the type chunky knit:)
I have one green with thick gray stripes, but I can not find a site that sells these, and no normal shops sell an item, I am a youth when he would have to come in my size:) Thanks !
