Plastic Skirting

Ok so there is a doll like this kelly barbie size and wheres a skirt made of hard plastic and when you open a store there would be cake in one of them and another would have an ice cream shop or rink. When did you play with him, you can close it and place on top of the skirt. I was looking for them everywhere. Please help me. TY ^. ^

Is it a doll Polly Pocket? My daughters used to play with them and collect them when they were small. I do not remember if there was a bakery, but they had a store for pets.
