Stupid T Shirts

Need to order 3 t shirts I can design for the weekend of a young girl. The prices on some of these sites are outrageous ... as more than $ 90 for three shirts stupid. Do you know a website that would make these T-shirts for like $ 20/piece, including graphics / text?
