SuniceWhich brand is better between outwear Sunice Spyder and SOS?

I'm looking for outdoor clothing and ski I reduced to these three brands, but now I'm not sure what is best.
The jacket has an outer layer SOS Dermizax I like, but it does not have a layer of removable insulation ... which is what I want on the Sunice Sunice but uses its own equipment for the outer layer of which I am not sure if it's so good .. there ideas?

And then there Spyder is just to pricy but so beautiful! Is it useful?

to find a coat with breathable waterproofing and ratings of at least 10 K each and will be hot
