Thermal Vests

I'm almost 100% certain this is the case, if my stomach is exposed to air (hot or cold) I have diarrhea, it happens several times a day! What can I do to stop it?

Additional Details: I wore thermal vests all my life, and I drink milk on a daily basis (perhaps I might be lactose intolerant, but its very unlikely because I do not have a family history of it )

Stop drinking milk and you'll be surprised how your condition improves. This is not only the lactose in milk. Pasteurized milk has killed all the enzymes necessary to absorb any nutrients in the milk. Thus, your digestive system must work harder to eliminate all the remaining stuff that can not be used, and this is why you and most of the rest of us suffer from diarrhea and malodorous gases milk cow.

If this is underway for a while, then you should see a doctor and probably talk to a nutritionist about your diet that is not normal
