How many layers is a tulle skirt / have? How many layers would be a tulle skirt / dress and does it have layers or material that holds up?
yes .. and it depends ... some have much and others not ... there is no standard use of tulle skirt
Tulle is a very stiff fabric, and inflate another skirt, but should not be worn by itself because it is very see-through at least the appearance that you are going for.
Three or four layers are good, but if you have never tried to do before, find a model you like and stick with it. Patterns tell you how much fabric you need.
a skirt of tulle or crinoline is made of one to five layers. If it is stepped it sticks more. And if it is stiff glue. That is how they have been made in the 1950s formals net were popular. I love the old styles. They were very glamorous. There are some pictures on Google. "Petticoat Net"
